Getting an accurate count of the people who have been infected with the COVID-19 virus has been elusive and difficult. That’s why testing is so important. It helps increase the statistical certainties that give a true picture of how the pandemic is spreading throughout the world and throughout your community.
If you live in Atlanta, ATLSTRONG.org is a good resource to use to locate testing sites in the city. Since transportation can be challenging for some residents, two of those testing sites are mobile. That way, the services come to you, right in your part of town.
Mayor Bottoms has partnered with the State of Georgia, Fulton County Board of Health, the Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation, CORE (Community Organized Relief Effort), and CVS to make sure Atlanta’s communities have the information and the help they need to stay safe throughout this historic pandemic.
Please visit ATLSTRONG.org to see what you can do to help or find the services that you need to navigate safely through the COVID-19 emergency.
